Additionally, we facilitate the sale of spiritual books and card decks and provide a membership option for the 'Friend of the Vortex' club, granting access to exclusive content for those who donate more than 1,000 MUR during one calendar year.

2. Customer Interaction: Our website stands as a beacon for those seeking enlightenment and engagement with our services, enabling donations, event registrations, and purchases. Transactions are securely processed via trusted partners to ensure confidentiality and integrity.

3. Payment Methods: Embracing payments through bank transfer, PayPal, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) via our secure payment partners DPO and MCB, we prioritize the security of your financial information, ensuring it remains confidential through encrypted channels.

4. Electronic Delivery: Our offerings, confirmations, and receipts are predominantly delivered electronically. For physical goods like books and card decks, we partner with École de Lumière in Switzerland to manage shipments, ensuring your orders arrive safely.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:

• Donations: Once given, donations cannot be refunded, embodying the spirit of generosity.

• Event Registrations: For the soul seekers and adventurers looking to cancel their participation in our events, we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event's commencement. Cancellations made after this window and before the event's start are eligible for a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds are available for no-shows.

• Physical Products: For those wishing to return physical items, we require that they are sent back unopened to École de Lumière’s address in Switzerland via registered mail for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

• Corporate Bookings: Tailored events require a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking. Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of this deposit only, safeguarding the remainder of your investment.

6. Guarantees and Warranties:

• A full refund or transfer to a new date for events cancelled by unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather.

• A 7-day exchange policy for defective items, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

• Full refund or rescheduling options for corporate events affected by unforeseeable cancellations, including those due to weather conditions.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities: Visitors to our spiritual haven are expected to don appropriate attire, excluding swimsuits, and embrace the tranquility of the vortex in silence and calm. The forum in our members' section is a space for positive and respectful exchanges, free from advertising and solicitation. 

8. Dispute Resolution: For online payment disputes, please direct your concerns to Paypal or DPO. Other disputes can be addressed via email to contact@vortexriambel.com, aiming for resolution within a month, recognizing our team's volunteer status.

9. Limitation of Liability: Association TDA, being a spiritual sanctuary with limited funds and no insurance, cannot assume liability for any incidents. Visitors are encouraged to carry personal insurance.

10. Intellectual Property: All content, unless otherwise stated, is copyrighted by Association TDA. Users retain copyright of their forum posts and comments, albeit the Association reserves the right to use or remove content at its discretion.
